Opening in 2004, Vincent Place is a 12-unit single occupancy HOME property on Vincent Street in Newberry, SC. Affordable Housing Community Services, an affiliate of Newberry Housing Authority along with SC Department of Mental Health, Nehemiah Corporation, Palmetto Architectural Group, and Wallick Construction fulfilled a need within the community for 1-bedroom apartments. Each of the 12 one-bedroom apartments are furnished for occupants recommended to NHA by the SC Department of Mental Health.
