Visitation Policy

The Newberry Housing Authority Administrative Policy for Section 8 Tenant Based Rental Assistance states that no person(s) other than those listed on the lease and application should live in the assisted unit other than on a temporary basis and exceed 14 days in a calendar year. This is to ensure the total tenant payment is accurately calculated on the total monthly income.
