Maintenance Tip: Clogged Sewers

The Newberry Maintenance Department's most frequent call-outs are related to toilet and sewer stop-ups.

We ask that you only flush toilet paper down the toilets. Do not flush cleaning towels, make-up removing cloths, Handi-wipes, wet wipes, cloth washcloths, baby diapers, and ladies sanitary napkins.

Please do not pour cooking oil or grease down the drains. Dispose of grease products in the dumpster on site.
