Emergency Maintenance

Emergency requests have been defined as service calls arising from:

Threat to the safety and health of the residents
Damage to the physical assets of Newberry Housing
Damage to the physical assets of the resident - if caused by Newberry Housing Authority property or equipment
Lack of heat during the winter season
Lack of A/C during summer season
Major electrical problems
Excessive water leaks or stopped up toilet (if only one toilet in apartment)
